Within this set you'll find several options for adding a certificate of authenticity to your finished portrait art. You may choose from the following included options:
1) A 3x3 or 4x6 sticker (the latter more detailed)--include this still on the backing paper so that clients may add it to the back of their framed print
2) Two 8 1/2 x 11 certificates of authenticity which can be included as a loose page within your client's portrait delivery packaging. Of the two letter-sized options, you'll find one which you can customize and print yourself for each client, and another with fill-in-the-blanks options for the pertinent details--have these printed in bulk and simply handwrite to personalize.
3) Bonus 3x3 packaging sticker that I use on the outside shipping box of all portrait orders.

Finally, a document that covers your bases but lacks the "accusatory" tone that so many digital releases seem to acquire along the way; moreover, including this elegantly phrased and artfully presented information with your client's disk of digital portraits will reaffirm their value as custom artwork and a product that's leagues beyond "just the files."
Within our digital portrait care set you'll find thorough yet succinct guidelines for your clients in a flexible, customizable layout. The information is presented in two different formats so that you may choose the one that best meets your particular needs:
1) A 5x5 trifold document, front and back, that includes all of the digital portrait care information, a release that grants reprinting rights to your client, and a thank you message and space for you to write a personalized note (or simply sign your name) to each client.
2) A 5x5 vertical folded card that may be used instead of the trifold. This has all of the digital portrait care and release information but does NOT have the thank you note. For instance, if you have sold both digital files and prints to a single client and wish to include WordSmtih's printed portraits care information as well, you'd want to print the 5x5 folded cards from each set rather than the trifold and then print the standalone thank you cards separately (so the thank you portion is not repeated). At one point or another, we've all wondered "how we're doing" in the eyes of our clients. Were they happy with their portrait experience? Ecstatic? Did we turn them into raving customer evangelists for our brand? Or, did we drop the ball in some way--unbeknownst to us--that created potential negative word-of-mouth feedback? Even when we are lucky enough to have a client tell us how much they love their images, we still might find ourselves wondering how we might improve the overall process. Likewise, when we're toying with the idea of a new product offering and other revisions, we ask ourselves "how will THIS go over?"
Enter the post-session client questionnaire--a thoughtful, elegantly-worded survey to find out what you've always wanted to know (but were afraid to ask . . . or couldn't find the right words or way to ask . . . or well, you get the idea!). Our questions are detailed enough so that the data you receive is helpful as you tweak and grow your business, but succinct enough that clients will actually complete them and enjoy the process.
With this questionnaire you'll receive a 4-page starter guide of salient issues and variations of seeking feedback from your clients, a text file of the survey questions as well as "what to say" in an e-mail that invites clients to take the survey, a live link to our very own MachForm questionnaire, and a lovely printable version for those who prefer all things paper.
While this survey is designed to be anonymous, you could easily tweak it if desired.
As with all WordSmith products, this set is completely customizable. Colors may be easily tweaked, patterned paper layers may be turned off in favor of a simpler solid color layer, and all text can be edited to suit your studio.
